Scarlett and Snake-Eyes

So I'm in a full-blown G.I.Joe revival right now, and I couldn't resist a little fan art of our favourite redhead and silent commando. This sketch is just a first test of the composition and lighting, but I think I will have to keep the main piece in the same messy style as I find painting weaponry so incredibly boring. Sure, some people get off on that, and they're also very, very skilled at it, but for me, it's less about the hardware, and more (if not all) about the relationships.

*Note - I had originally titled this piece "Shieldmates", but then it never showed up in searches, despite the keywords of "Scarlett" and "Snake-Eyes". I would've entitled it "Shieldmates: Scarlett & Snake-Eyes", but DA apparently has a maximum length when it comes to titles...

EDIT: Guys, this is insane! Out of all the gorgeous Scarlett & Snake Eyes fanart out there on DA, THIS... this lousy, quickie sketch that's no more than a thumbnail shows up as Most Popular. No, I don't understand it either, but I welcome your pageviews nonetheless...
